Summary description:

Who are we when we are coaching?

And how much of himself/herself is our client presenting in the coaching?

What are the possibilities that arise if coaches attain a higher degree of self-awareness?

Please join us for an experiential evening exploring how subpersonalities impact both coach and coachee in executive coaching.

The session will be facilitated by Gordon Symons (whom many of you will remember from last summer’s symposium) drawing on his own extensive coaching work and insights from his training in psychosynthesis.

Gordon is an APECS accredited executive coach, experienced business coach, passionate about supporting personal and professional development in the service of success. He has worked across many sectors and cultures and at all levels of seniority with a particular interest in leaders who are building their careers and leadership skills.

Gordon has worked in GSK for 10 years as a coach, program facilitator and trainer working with all the GSK Divisions and at all levels from Leadership Teams down (including managers and their teams in several geographies. His work is informed by his training in Psychosynthesis, a modern psychology, which is applied in both personal and professional life. Gordon will be drawing on Psychosynthesis as a source for “Who’s coaching who”?
