2017 Symposium: how can coaching best respond to the emergent challenges of leadership?

bigwidehenleyWe, the team who have taken on the responsibility of preparing the APECS Symposium 2017, would like to say how much we are looking forward to seeing you at Phyllis Court, Henley, on 7 June 2017. Please put this date in your diaries now!

The themes of the 2017 Symposium are:

Coaching for the emerging challenges of leadership + Maximising the power of the APECS community of learning.

We are at present gathering contributions in the form of blog posts and offers to facilitate discussions as well as deliver topic sessions. Please see our recent email to all members; if you haven’t received this, let us know!

We have planned the day’s sessions to provide a natural flow, culminating in a valuable sharing and learning experience.

Session 1: Emergent challenges of leadership – dialogues based on blog posts on this topic

Session 2: Sharing and building good coaching practice – open space discussions on current best practice.

Session 3: Coaching in another key – new or alternative ways of delivering coaching

Session 4: Resources for Personal and Professional Development – an opportunity to connect with learning opportunities both personal and professional.

If you haven’t already done so, click here to let us know how you would like to to contribute to the Symposium.

Once we have designed the day, we will send out the invitation to book a place and add the Eventbrite link on this post.

In the meantime, please get in touch with Gordon or Aubyn if you have any questions.
