Our first session of 2017, on 24th January, looks at the big issues that are shaping the world and where we as coaches fit in. Are we leading, matching or following the world of our clients? How well are we helping them adapt?
Book now with Eventbrite.
The evening will follow an open space format, guided by Louise Buckle of KPMG and Sara Hope of The Conversation Space. Their aim is to draw together a group of curious sense-makers to grow our collective awareness of the environment for coaching.
We’ll look through different lenses:
- Our perspective of the coaching world. What perspectives do we share, and to what might we be wilfully blind as an industry?
- Megatrends in organisational models and coaching models. Are we shaping or following thinking in organisations. What is different and unique about what a coach has to offer?
- Legacy. What is your personal investment in and responsibility for the future of coaching? Where is the leading edge practice of coaching happening? How do I make sure I am part of the conversation in a way that is meaningful to me?
The aim is not to provide answers but to offer a space where we can engage together in conversation and exploration.
2016 has been a tumultuous year. 2017 is shaping up also to be unsettling. Find your ground at this stimulating start to the year.
